Cancelation Policy 

To provide the best service to all our valued guest's, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to notify us and cancel your appointment within this timeframe will result in a 100% charge of the total service cost. Rescheduled appointments within timeframe will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service cost. Additionally, day of no-shows will automatically be charged the full service amount for the missed appointment date.
